RareSugar was created in the High Deserts of California for a unique tasting experience.

As a connoisseur of craft beer and cocktails, I was bored by the menus at bars and restaurants. I was always looking for something more, something unique, something spicy. I have traveled many places and all the cocktails I have tried always had missing elements. They were bland and expensive, leaving me wanting more. That's when I began experimenting at home, knowing that I could create something better. I began learning all I could about making rich simply syrups, how to blend ingredients and create a much longer shelf life. I played with salts and sugars, herbs and spices for years until I finally perfected something I wanted to share. In all my searching for cocktail ingredients, I have not found pairings like these.

You can use them in cocktails, in teas, over fresh fruit and more!
